No. I highly suggest you drop the attitude. I am willing to help you, but in this case you are incorrect.

The first negative means you are to the left of zero on the number line.

When you add a negative to this, you walk to the left, which means that you continue to walk left. You always end up with a negative number if you add two negative numbers together.
