[Official] How to fix MEmu emulator stuck at 59%, 99%

The official tutorial to help you get rid of the problem of stuck at 59% and 99% of MEmu(MEmu emulator, MEmuplay, MEmu app player). Definite works as long as your PC fit the minimum requirement.

EXTRA TIP:
After following the step1, MEmu ran all the apps except that it stopped running the games especially after clicking that final button within the game to play/launch the game.
For games to work what i did was as follows: Change it back to OpenGL. Voila! The games works; its just some glitch i guess, not a big issue as assumed and no installation of Graphic driver is necessary!

STEPS:
1)After following the 1st method where we are supposed to change the "OpenGL" to "DirectX" in the settings,
2)Start the MEmu Play emulator and let it run.
3)Then change it back to "OpenGL" from within the emulator using the "settings". This setting gets updated at "multi-MEmu" settings too.
4)Now, close it and when asked in the pop-up window, select "restart". MEmu launches again with OpenGL rather than DirectX.

Bro I did everything bt when I start memu sometimes it start sometime it stuck at 99% then my PC got hanged everything paused, button works so I have plug out

much better update the graphic driver its works to me i stuck at 59 so i use this method :)

When i make a new emulator, it doesn't give the option to make android 4.4, or 7.1! only 5.1. I have the latest version. tried reinstalling several times with the same maddening problem. Is it a bug, or there's a toggle option to enable it somehow? It's driving me crazy! why i don't get all options when trying to add emulator

Can someone send me the shortcut to multi-memu? It got deleted off my desktop and there is no way to get to it without that shortcut. Even hours of internet searching does not reveal what command is in that shortcut.
