Joe Biden defends record on race after debate with Kamala Harris

Joe Biden was back on the campaign trail defending his record after a tough moment during the Democratic debate. Sen. Kamala Harris called him out for his past stance against busing to desegregate public schools. Ed O'Keefe reports.
