But believe it or not, the SUGAR HILL GANG was making industrial rap music in the late 80s in a collaborative group called TACKHEAD. "Tackhead Tape Time" is the earliest album and ironically has held up the best as current artists like Jpegmafia make attempts to do modern "retro style" beats, that are reminiscent of their style.
