Great concise video, many thanks. Only improvement would be to have the specs on the screen at the same time.

What is better a coffee maker or a snow shovel?

Just noticed you keep pointing at the oscillator and saying its a temperature sensor... its not, its a 12MHz oscillator. The pico has an internal (onchip) sensor which can be read from ADC 4.

Good teacher..
Thank you for the information, always successful, hopefully the knowledge will be useful in the afterlife. Greetings from us Ciamis - Indonesia.

What about power (current) requirements - can I make that fancy new micro on th epico draw only a few microamps on standby, to save battery ?

Why do you keep pointing at the crystal when mentioning the temperature sensor?

It`s incorrect to compare a 32-bit microcontroller with an 8-bit, cause of any 32bit will be more powerful. You better compare ESP32 and PiPico or STM32 blackpill(F411) and Pico.

it gonna be great for some of my bigger project but most of my project r small and audino pro mini is more than enough to do it

That's not "nano USB"; it's "mini USB".

Thank you for this, video I am completely new to micro prosessors I bought Raspberry Pi Pico starter kit with book but don't like Raspberry Pi web page, and there supplier in south africa, long story short I going arduino way, spesialy like nee nano board with Raspberry Pi chip

Why are you comparing 32bit MCU to 8 bit MCU?

you wanna be fair, compare it with ESP32 then.

No comparison.... You are comparing a 14 year old Single Chip Microcontroller to a recently developed Limited Microprocessor (ie: Computer) system. This is like the old "Arduimo vs. Raspberry Pi" videos - again - No Comparison! One is a Microcontroller and one is a Microprocessor Computer system!

You might as well compare a 1920s Ford Model T to a 2020 Rolls Royce Phantom.

Holy mother of zeus... there really is no contest. Pi pico is leagues better.
