BR Malachite Green was what sold the H2 to me so I'm definitely a fan of it.

I'm surprised that 'James Fryer' (ex-SR No. 2357) wasn't included as he was the last D1 operational. It was sold by the Southern Railway in 1947 to the Whittingham Hospital Railway and was withdrawn in 1956 due to boiler defects and scrapped that year, which it outlasted its sisters by just 5 years. Given the amount of reskiners, won't be long before a reskin as 'James Fryer' appears.

No. 32359 was the only member of the LB&SCR D1 Class to carry a BR number. However, seventeen members survived into BR days. Anyway, I enjoyed the review. I don’t remember any CW products having a pipe in it. Also, was the locomotive being numbered 2257 intentional due to its LB&SCR number being the name of a character and a preserved locomotive in real life, or was that a coincidence?
