Greenchild Thresher High Gain Bluesbreaker Inspired Pedal

preview_player
Показать описание
The Thresher is a high gain monster from Mason at Greenchild. This pedal is made in the USA and features a mix of inspirations from the Bluesbreaker to the Maxon OD820. If you like thick and juicy bridge tones, you'll dig the Thresher.

I really enjoy the tones with single coils a bit more than humbuckers with this pedal. The way Mason keeps making making great pedals, I’m going to end up with an all Greenchild pedalboard!!! Smooth playing on the intro jam Shane!! Cheers!!🎸🎸🎸🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Doesn't do a bad job Shane! Pretty tweakable! Might like to try it also into your Marshall.

DO you know Mark from Valve Child pedals? He used to come into my shop a fair bit, tho I haven't seen him in a while. You might want to check out some of his valve circuited effects! (He only does it part time tho!)

Cheers!

I liked the sounds, nice pedal. Nice vibe in the video, you seemed very relaxed. Your new place seemed to be a good choice.

Nice distortion! Thanks for sharing man! Have you ever considered putting a looper before the pedal, and play a riff? That way it’s the same riff and picking attack as you adjust the knobs on these demos? It’s not as ‘organic’ as your normal format, but could be pretty cool if you’re ever looking to change things up a bit or the effect has more than a few knobs LOL.🤙🏻😎🎸

Cool. Like it.
Hey, you're into Tokai, how are the Strats? I'm looking at a Silver Star (I think that's the name, it's from memory) for under $700AUD. Looks like it's in great nick.

It’s ok, but I prefer Analogman King of tone pedal (I have a pedal copy that gets me something similar tones).. I can get a gritty od fuzz type sound depending on setting but I use it more as boost.

Sounds a bit muddy to my ears. Great review as always.

Any idea how many pedals fit into this category. Certainly we don’t need 8 or more OD, Dist or fuzz pedals! More demos don’t help!

I was hoping metal Shane would pop up, and play Metallica riffs 😂😌 ..
