"My user presets have vanished Andy". This is something I here all the time from Lightroom users, and it usually happens when they make a new catalog.
Over the years I have come across a few ways that Lightroom can 'drop the ball' with your User Presets, but this one is a real ball-ache for those of you who are not 100% savvy with Lightroom CC's vagaries.

Cheers Andy. I've not had such an issue as described myself as, somewhere along the line, I must have set LR Prefs/presets/location to be deselected. However... I 'do' have Prefs/Visibility ticked which I notice you don't and didn't leave ticked after you went through your process. Any further guidance on that part? Have had no issues with it being ticked :)
