Yeah in the main MCU timeline Bill Foster is retired but he was still Goliath in the 80s, even in the main timeline.

I hope the final episode of season 3 doesn't have a big final battle where heroes from other universes team up. Each episode should be its own thing without any connections and no main character except maybe the watcher. Also, isn't it weird that there wasn't a single Xmen or mutant in the final battle of season 2.
