Are there any options for restricting based on actual cores, or is clock cycles the only CPU metric that can be controlled?

This is apparently Enterprise version, Standard does not have all these options :(

In my case, I'm not the VMWare adminitrator and don't have all the options too, maybe that is the cause Gummy. Regards.
