This is a great video thank you for sharing 🙏 I have a question for those of us who have done a brain retraining course or similar -you mentioned with this it wasn't about a pattern redirect (like saying "stop " or similar )it was about really turning into it and almost interacting with it from a compassionate space. My question is I get confused as to when to do this type of approach vs when to just go "stop" and pattern interrupt -is there a way you might be able to give some guidance on how to know what option to use? ❤️🙏 thank you !!

what about when the symptoms are 24/7? I feel like I don’t have time to sit with them all day. It’s exhausting.

I have this experience of sever tingling, pins and needles, rain drops sensation over my body…most on my legs all day long, unpleasant and uncomfortable…can help?🙏🥲 I definitely know i have TMS, because i have so many symptoms.
