Agree if you insists to play Libbok at this point you need another kicker. What is more concerning was the lack of leadership after the yellow card following 15minutes of play where the Pumas scored 3 Tries, what happened to the defence and the boks composure. For all the talk of Moerats Leadership ability it was not evident in those 15minutes.

I think we are not used to losing. This is a bit of a shock… even for poor dear Rassie! But remember we cannot win everything. We must be honest with ourselves and say whatever the game plan.. we were outplayed by a truly magic Argentinian side! No one is talking about the elephant in the room, Moerat? I'm sorry but how many chances does he have to get? It's one thing to select someone for his captaincy credentials, it's quite another to put up with his poor line-out jumping and "hospital passes" he keeps giving to other players. I've never seen someone hold back for so long on a pass before passing it once the opposition is on your lap. I would have thought you're a good player first before being selected as a captain...something doesn't make sense. What am I missing @Brenden?

I find podcasters hypocritical. Manie’s confidence was long dented. Being subbed after 30 minutes in the World Cup semi-final, and not being picked for the final at all, then not being picked throughout the season bar few minutes against Portugal, then being picked against a spirited Argentina side, in Argentina, was a classing set up. Also, with Sacha, Polly comes in the second half to clean up any mess that might be there.

Great discussion; you guys always have a lot of valid points. Just one thing though, I think you are wrong about the Argies having to beat us by 38 points to win TRC. The competition rules state that “if teams end level on points for any position, the first tiebreaker is total number of wins in the competition, then number of wins against the other team/s tied on points, then overall points differential, then points differential between the team/s tied on points, then most tries scored in the competition”. As I understand that, if the Argies get a bonus point win this Saturday and in so doing, deny us a bonus point, they will end up equal with us in the ladder on 19 points. We would then each have 4 wins in the competition BUT they would have two wins against us meaning points differential as a factor is not reached and Argentina would then be TRC champions
