Tarik Sayeed and his company BabyTaxi believe the latest advances in gesture sensing technology have the ability to give a voice to the voiceless, and change the way people think about disabilities.

Tarik Sayeed has held several leadership roles in IT with companies such as JumpTV, Comcast, and First West Credit Union. He was nominated for IT Manager of the Year in 2011. He left a successful career to launch BabyTaxi, a tech start-up company building software using gesture recognition technology to translate American Sign Language into corresponding text & voice. Tarik studied at NJIT, the University of Waterloo, and has a leadership certification from MIT.

Very nice work and thoughtful, but you need to work on your presentation skills !
And one of your last sentences: "When you look at a deaf person those are not disabilities, those are opportunities and you can build a successful business". This is a mean sentence, those ARE disabilities for those people but opportunities for YOU, you can't compare them. And you could show that you mainly want to help people rather than thinking of business.
