Have you ever tried to rig a flexible muzzle on an animal/anthropomorphic character? What I mean is to have a fully animatable lips to the muzzle so they can articulate words and make the snarling look. One thing I've been trying figure out is how to have them flexible, maybe even stretchy, and be able to rotate. Kind of like when someone playing with a floppy lipped dog and flips it inside out. When I try, everything caves in badly. Or how a Horse is able to do all sorts crazy wiggling with their lip, curling them up over themselves ect...
