As soon as i wake up in the morning my nose is blocked. Even after i take steam drink warm water, it gives me relief for time being. As soon as i head outside after some time my nose starts running constantly. I also have difficulty in breathing and now it is happening almost every day. Now i experience so much fatigue and energyless.
Please guide me

Good Morning sir, I am from Jammu and Kashmir and suffering from prolonged allergic rhinitis.
Sir common symptoms of my disease are sneezing, congestion, coughing, sinus pressure, itchy watery eyes, and itchy nose, mouth, and throat, and fatigue.

I want a solid treatment of it as I am severely suffering from these disease and continuously consuming Levocetirizine + Montelukast alongwith hydroxyzine hydrochloride on daily basis which gives me a temporary relief.

Does anyone have any solid treatment of it, if yes then please help me to get rid this very painful disease.

I suffer pollen alergy during February to April spring season every year 🤧. It ruins my entire day. Whenever I go out of my house it's everywhere in the air. Difficulty in driving two wheelers. My eyes get red will runny water, same with nose runny water and continuous sneezing sometimes even coughing at night. Unable to sleep. God help me 😭🙏🤧😷
