True. The first Remake was great and the demo for the second was as well. Destroy All Humans 1 and 2 were some of my most played games on the PS2 and I watched Teenagers from Outerspace on the first game multiple times, which, for anyone who's wondering, can be found in the files of the first game's Remake.

Great example of where devs absolutely understood the assignment and smashed it. Gaming is meant to be fun and I think games from this era did that really well, just super entertaining.

A remake for Path of the Furon would actually be pretty sick. There's a decent game there, beneath all of the technical issues from being rushed. People ask why bad games don't get remade to improve them and there's a perfect opportunity to show how it can be done.

remakes like these, the spyro trilogy, spongebob battle for bikini bottom crash, etc are proof that there are some games that remain timelessly fun regardless of simplicity and age. love seeing an old fave come back
