Thanks for the update and all your high-quality work over the past year. Good luck in your resolution. Trying to make your exercise fun is a good idea. Another technique I heard is "temptation bundling", which is associating a pleasurable activity with one that takes motivation. For example, only listening to your favourite podcast while at the gym.
