20, 000? That's it?!? The poor child has obviously been experiencing abuse for years. The proof is the adult siblings find nothing wrong with the abuse,

The new ownership of the Cirque decided not to hire back some significant artist that wanted to come back to continue their career and they suffered immensely because of the new ownership. Some almost lost their homes up to struggling to make ends meet-to include their families, their children. What’s worse is that they didn’t get any help or assistance of any kind. Act one of “O”. I know because they are my neighbors. Shame on the new ownership! SMH.
