Christmas Buzz Cocktail (or Mocktail)
* 2 oz (6 cl) vodka (skip if Mocktail)
* 1 oz (3 cl) Pine apple juice
* 1 oz (3 cl) Grenadine
* Ginger Beer
* Ice
* Rosemary as decoration
* Lemon juice for rim
* Coconut flakes for rim
PREPARE GLASS RIMS:
1, Place coconut on a small plate, and lemon juice on another small plate.
2, Dip the rim of the glass in the lemon juice, and then immediately in coconut.
3, PREPARE COCKTAIL: Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka and grenadine.
4, Shake and strain into prepared glass. Top off with ginger beer.
5, Garnish and serve✨
