#CSS exam in Pakistan is considered one of the difficult exams to pass. CSS aspirants face a lot of challenges during their e CSS exam preparation. Once they appear in exam, they start preparation for the CSS Interview. Many of the aspirants face different kind of pressures during their CSS interview preparation. Here in this video, Ms. Komal Faisal - a Clinical Psychologist and CSS Interview Panelist is discussing some basic things which anybody should observe before starting his/her journey to CSS Exam.

I am grateful to Allah for my decision to withdraw from the CSS preparation process. Through my experiences working with various ministries and civil servants, I have come to understand the reality that a significant portion approximately 80% of CSS officers primarily rely on their English language skills. Much of the substantive work is carried out by allied departments within the ministries, where many skilled professionals, including engineers and econometricians, are actively contributing. Reflecting on this insight, I feel confident in my choice to step away from the CSS path.

Not a satisfied analysis... Because the failing ratio of written test is much more than interview and psychological test.

I appeared in the CSS exam this year.

Most of the marks I have received weren't even accepted and not included in the final result.

It seems that the examiner checked my paper, gave me a score, and then my paper was deemed unacceptable (due to accidental fingerprints).

Also, I am a professional content writer and I scored 22/100 in the essay paper.

I didn't even attempt to pass my physics paper but I scored 33/100 in physics paper B, even though I deserved 0 marks in that paper.

It was a fun experience though. But the final result was way funnier than anything I could've imagined.

Mam. I am motivated and confident but somehow I understand fear still exists in me. Many factors can be .
But one of those is discouraging from my parents and family that you can not do anything. You are failure. You are poor student.
But I know what struggles I faced in the past and hard worked 8 did is not gonna be considering by my parents. And I am hard worker but the only thing that I don't know is time management and study management but I am interested for CSS wanna get start from self preparation would u give me such a good advice ??
