This song saved me so much, I suffered a broken back on the 14th of may 2019. I had two surgeries and had moved back in with my parents. I was on a boat load of meds and couldn’t really leave the house and was riddled with anxiety and depression, I managed to walk again and started to become myself and I used to play this every afternoon on a 30 foot sand hill as the sun went down and it was so peaceful and brought me back down to earth.
I didn’t have a lot back then but playing this song and rapping every word in tranquility was something I’ll never forget.

I can’t feel my left leg properly and need to have my discs fused.

But it’s memories like that, that last forever.

Found a-lot of solace in this tune.

Kano is like the Paul Scholes of the grime scene. The backbone of a world class generation and a founding father of a winning era and team. influential and still humble. in another 10 years we'll look back again and realise just how good he was. The lyrics and storytelling ability in this whole album are levels above what else was released around the same time.
every other artist says just how good he is. he should be more commercially successful for the talent he has.
