The Big Picture - US sanctions on Iran

The United States re-imposed a wave of tough, unilateral sanctions against Iran today, bringing back into effect harsh penalties that had been lifted under a historic, multi-party nuclear agreement that President Donald Trump abandoned in May. The first of two rounds of US sanctions kicked in at 1 minute past midnight Washington time, targeting Iran's access to US banknotes and key industries, including cars and carpets. Iranians are already seeing the effects of the sanctions, with Iran's Rial currency losing around half its value since Trump announced the US would withdraw from the 2015 nuclear accord. Trump's contempt for the nuclear deal dates back to his time as presidential candidate and on May 8, he made good on a pledge to pull America out of the international agreement. He blasted the agreement yet again yesterday, calling it a "horrible, one-sided deal (that) failed to achieve the fundamental objective of blocking all paths to an Iranian nuclear bomb." On this edition of ‘The Big Picture’ we analyse what are the implications of the US sanctions on Iran.

I'm persian & live in Iran...

The problem is politics thinks with sanctions they Punished and Restriction the Iranian Government and at last it's Cause the insurgency of the Iranian people and change regime!!!
But the truth is opposite
In iran government gives Food, medicine, free medical insurance, university admission fees, donations to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard members, army and people whose against USA and israel !!!
They don't have any problem
Because they are supported by regime.
Sanctions just caused problems for ordinary citizens
Sanctions make The price of Every thing triple or more
It's make people poor jobless sick hungry and afraid
It's inspire young man to join IRGC and army for getting Subsidies

Everyone loves their country, flag, family
Most iranian respect ✊ for USA people
But regime use all power to show us hateful ....
They uses soldiers without Military uniform, the student, employees of government to participate in revolutionary march !
They pay poor people to march
They even give free tickets to Tehran to people of another city to came Tehran
And they just show Tehran and some religious cities marches...
Yes you're just punish and weaken the people who are against regime and make dictators and they army powerful and stronger than ever
