Bro i really need help :

i am 27 already, fmg took 7 years for mbbs(6 years in russia +1 year extended due covid), passed FMG in 1st attempt, internship and whole process of it took 1.5 years, now waiting for neet pg I am determined, didn't take job although i really need to be financially independent I am studying but being 4 years late than my 2015 batch is so depressing, i can't even study peacefully it is eating me from inside and just demeans the whole process like is it even worth it now!? My batch mates have already finished their How can i focus on my study? I am so tired of waking up and motivating myself throughout the day to keep studying.
