Exactly the same with me. I've lost all confidence, can't talk to my own parents, neither my teachers nor anyone. Feels uncomfortable to talk openly with someone. I'm always afraid that I look bad. I never had the confidence to go on stage. I'm always thinking what people might be thinking of me and I'm 15 BTW. When I wasa child and even just before I was a teenager, 12 years old or so. I never cared for what I did, I didn't care what people think neither was I ever felt impacted by people but now I feel really socially awkward and am always afraid to perform a wrong action and embarass myself infront of people
