If mania was an original game without re-imagined zones, like superstars for example (green hill doesn't count 'cuz it's in battle mode only xd, and in Amy's intro), they should have used this.

They could have had a middle ground if they really wanted to - use the classic one we got in game, for act 1, and then this for act 2 or something.

Would have been unique at least.

My theory of being unused is because the used the same motif three times with the Invincibility, Speed Shoes and Super Sonic and they didn't want us to hear the same music over and over
