Hello everyone! Sandie& my co-leader Liena here! Presenting you with a new MEP studio; CrimsonTeam! We are not alike any other ordinary studio; We focus on raw editing; Our MEPs may not be limited to aways raw; but we're not looking for editors who only edit FX/Candy; editing raw is a must to be in this studio! We will work with all kinda of music aswell!

WHAT IS RAW/THE LIMITS?
I've gotten a question about this a few times I just didnt know quite how to explain it; What I'm about to say is NOT a exact definition of RAW. It is only a type we are searching for:
Small effects are aloud; such as zooms, bars, usage of pan/crop, maybe colorings to an extent, Were looking for members who don't just use clips hardcut and/or crossfades, but who use technique to actually make an effort and make it unique...(IM NOT AT ALL SAYING THAT RAW ISNT HARDCUT AND/OR CROSSFADES, I'm not saying that if you edit like this it isnt good aswell, I'm saying that if you put technique into your part it may be unique, and differ from each thing you make. And actually dont fret if you use fades/hardcut, cause theres alot of edits we like like that! :DD and we even edit like that too, You dont have to edit as we do in the videos; Their just examples XD) I'll give you two examples from me; the leader & My co-leader

I used alot of pan/crop, and flashes, I didnt use text very much but I still did,
&my Co-leader:

She used masking very uniquely, text too o3o, and aswell as overlays and coloring not always needed in raw, and too much can kinda ruin the effect of it; buuut used in the right amount/way it looks very nice :33(SUCH AS IN THE AMAZING VIDEO LIENA MADE ;D)

I hope I explained well? Im not sure how to explain it very good X'D I was thinking of putting it in the video. but again HOW DO I EXPLAIN IT? lol continue on with the audition X'D

What are we looking for?
About 20 dedicated members, and 1-2 Graphic designers!

-Put effort into the creation of your parts, just because its raw doesn't mean its 'simple'
