SwiftUI Essentials - HStack VStack ZStack Unexpected Spacing and Alignment

Hope everyone is enjoying working with SwiftUI thus far in its very early infant stages. Having built out a couple of concept apps, I notice that I run into some frequent spacing and layout issues while using HStack, VStack, and ZStack. Today's video will cover how you should understand the spacing defaults.

very well described..
I'm working as an iOS developer at a company. Write both Swift and Objc code. After checking out some videos about swiftUI and seeing a lot of devs failed to do simple tasks (like using image picker) in simple manner, I didn't practice it. I am waiting for it to be a bit more mature to be practical at production level.
But with this video I got glimpse of what's going on.. Thanks Brian..

The instant preview of SwiftUI is wonderful, the only thing struggling with is the Preview argument I am trying to put is usually wrong when I am doing something dynamic for the the SecondView. Hope there would be a tutorial talking about the Preview argument.
