Great edit, I have some disagreements though, I'll state my reasoning here.

FSIQ: all goes to Takuya.

PSI: Takuya has multiple instances where he makes huge deductions in seconds or less

Y2V1: deduced Tsukishiro's true goal in his conversation with him in their meeting in less than a second.
Y2V4: deduced the leader of the second years (Arisu), anticipated their next move which was sending someone(Kitou) to find out the leader of the first years, deduced who that person will be, and visualized their exact path all in 2 seconds or less based on his interaction with Tsubaki, and then sent Riku to counter him afterward.
Y2V7: deduced Ayanokouji's entire strategy in seconds.

WMI: Yuuichi is featless here, so no matter how you interpert Takuya's meeting with Tsukishiro with the names and data memorization, Takuya should take WMI since he basically slams in overall memory by feats.

VCI: if you're nice enough to give comprehension to Yuuichi for no reason, even though Takuay should take it based on his memory feats and Abstract Thinking in regard to social scenarios and emotional manipulation, Takuya no diffs in information, vocabulary, and similarities.

VSI: Yuuichi has 1 valid feat here which is his keys feat in the prison arc, his revolver feat is an assumption by Shinji and can't be proven currently.

Takuya has 2 feats, and both of them are visualizing parts of the island down to the terrain
Whilst Yuuichi's key feat involved him making bad replicas of the keys which even he admitted don't look like the real thing because the other players didn't know how they looked like, so he didn't need to make accurate copies even if he could.

FRI: Yuuichi can't take this against anyone in top 16 characters in COTE, no idea why he'd take it against Takuya

Yuuichi spams application thinking and usually doesn't rely on FRI, but for the sake of argument, let's compare Takuya and Yuuichi in FRI

CPI: Takuya no diff
Learning Ability: Takuya no diff
Adaptability: Takuya no diff
Logical Reasoning: Takuya no diff
Abstract Thinking: Takuya no diff
Novel Complex Problem-Solving: Takuya no diff (due to Yuuichi using his crystallized intelligence rather than abstract thinking)

I'd like to talk about EQ and strategy as well, but I won't bother unless you're willing to discuss at least, or if anyone asks me first.

But I'll give bullet points for now

Reasoning + Thinking: Takuya, no idea how you'd give it to Yuuichi, at least thinking can be argued since Yuuichi uses his lessons from Taizen, but reasoning goes to Takuya no diff, Yuuichi is closer to Katsuragi in reasoning then he is to Takuya

EQ: Takuya takes all 4, Yuuichi is unironically not top 1 in his verse in EQ by feats, and his EQE and EQP are basically nonexistent

Strategy: Yuuichi's low success-rate plans ride too much on luck than anything, even Yuuichi admitted such in the zombie game for example

Anticipation: Takuya's anticipation of Kushida no diffs Yuuichi's Shibe Trial anticipation

but prediction is closer
