I saw a picture of Hobo Johnson wearing a sweatshirt that said “Mom Jeans” this morning on Facebook. Thought that was just a cool saying or slogan and said it out loud. This song could easily be released 20 years ago and it could have been a massive hit. Definitely strikes the right nostalgic chords but at the same time it has a modern taste and the classic Mom Jeans sound on the background and the lyrics. Love it so much.

Stoked on the new jam, the new sound. Enjoyable to me to see how the dynamic has evolved without losing itself in the evolution. The MJ logo with the heartbreak symbol.. missing the old bassist.. however Sam’s energy is much appreciated and brings a smile to my face. The Tom-Delonge-esque slide at @1:41 was charming. Is Bart on drums and guitar?? Maybe the hearbreak symbol tells more… Great video guys, Bands that look like they are having tons of fun while playing are the best!

The last time I have seen or heard from these guys was one of their last concerts in portland oregon. One the bands' van broke down and they had to leave it behind. I got a photo with all of them and got them all to sign my shirt.
