This is a great historically educational video on Black History. It’s interesting to see how you tied America’s history to how and Why these States are indeed the highest in black populations and how it’s shaped each state to today.

Well, I know crime would go down about 90% in the US.

This a long going title but good historical info. The only thing these states are based on percentage not a whole black population most states on here are only less then 1.5 million less which the states with the most black population are two million or more is the actual numbers
