These have raised in price because of the small rise in popularity. I’m a meat cutter and they use to be as much as a Chuck steak which is the next cut after Eyes. Chuck/ Eye steaks cost5.49/.99 per lb when not on sale now the eyes cost 6:49/.99. They make amazing taco, burrito meat, steaks, roasts, etc. the Chuck is by far my favorite part of the cow.

Please I beg you. Stop showing off Chuck eyes, they're the secret cut that nobody knows about and stays cheap! Once people know how tender and marbled these things are they'll be impossible to find. Great vid again!
