First of all we should find out the reason for the failure (diagnose)
Then we will do remedial teaching (by another method)
We must involve students in every topic do that they can connect nd previous knowledge must be used

If my lesson plan no work, I manage the class during that time with play an activity based on question answer on the basis of previous knowledge . After the class analysis the lesson plan again and also discuss with a senior teacher and will make again.
