My buddy has a Volvo. I don't feel the quality that I do in my Audi. Will Polestar feel cheaper also?

The car looks less smug than it's previous model but just FWD is skimping on the tech ...

Took out some features and made some options way more money. Still, there is a lower price point if you want essentially, a solid EV. But I'm interested in the Polestar 3 and not because it is an SUV. That's what I don't like about it. But I like that it is a non-compromised EV platform with new styling coming from Polestar.

I wouldn’t go near it until we see how many issues crop up once a bunch are in service for a couple of years.

I saw this vehicle for the first time about an hour ago, sitting at a curbside charging station in a neighborhood of Jersey City, NJ called the Heights. And just to be clear the charging station is on Ogden Avenue, right next to, if not directly in, a small neighborhood park called Riverview Park. An interesting title for a neighborhood park that ostensibly overlooks Hoboken. But hey...on a clear day you can see the Hudson so I guess there's some truth in the advertising (so to speak). Anyway you can google maps the locale to see whereof I'm speaking...

I digress. Today was gorgeous so I was riding my mountain bike, and as I zipped by the charging station it caught my eye. I did a double take, circled back around and took a closer look-see at it. I'd heard of them..but hadn't seen one "in the wild." My initial, unsophisticated, impression is it's a sharp looking machine. It will be interesting to see how durable it is, and if it plays well in the EV field. But I have to say they've gotten my attention.

As for the EV sector it appears there are some future oriented thinkers in city government. I'm seeing charging stations pop up curbside in neighborhoods all over, though as you'd expect their hitting the affluent areas first. For obvious reasons. I'm also seeing wireless antenna "hot spots:, most likely in support of 5G, also go up on poles everywhere. That should play nicely with autonomous driving and the networks such vehicles might need. To say nothing of the more pedestrian needs of us primates (heh).

They're starting to hit Jersey City heavy with a broad spectrum of future oriented tech. Gonna be an interesting place to live in the coming years me think. But maybe I'm biased. I'm not born here, not even close. But I've lived in the area long enough to call in home ground. So you can color me interested in all the changes.

Nobody looking at the Genesis GV60, looks like a Maserati but it's an EV! Better to buy from Korea!

We just got a bunch of these in at work and honestly I’m not a fan. Sticker on ours is like $70k and none of our customers want them lol.
