President Trump delayed 25 percent tariffs on goods from Mexico and Canada for 30 days after speaking with the leaders of the countries. New tariffs against China were still expected to take effect at midnight. NBC News' Christine Romans reports.

Canada is planning on Trump bringing up the tariffs again. The relationship has this has done, is bring the country together...what you are going to see is us making progress getting our house in order. We hopefully will help Alberta get their resources to market so we do not have to sell it at a 30% discount to the untrustworthy Americans...they do not deserve it. Remove inter provincial barriers, and find more reliable trade partners.
