in this video number {750} i explained How To Test Switching Frequency of TL494 KA7500, we can test smps controller ic TL494 output switching pwm signal using oscilloscope and multimeter. just we need to connect external 12 volt dc to vcc pin number 12 and return to ic pin number 7 that is ground pin of TL494 or KA7500. we need to ground pin number 4. and then we can test signal between ground and pin number 9 & 10 or 8 & 11,
