i just ordered a set, and im canceling it. what you are calling a 'spacer' is a bushing, the bushing is there to protect the plastic on the inside of the ski from getting worn. i think even you knew this was trashy because you tried to hide the fact that the 'spacer' was a zinc washer.

furthermore you got rid of the bushing inside the spindle. grease only lasts so long and there's no grease nipple on the spindle.

That was the left ski not the right ski. I Could not see what he was doing with the safety bolt and spacer on the far side. You need a better camera angle for that. I’m about to install my own set of Roller Skis I just picked up from my Yamaha dealer and that was not much help.
