Correction..
People don't work in the Informal sector for no pay. They work in the Informal sector because of the job scarcity. It's a way to earn an honest Income for most of these people. This is a platform filled with entrepreneurs!

It is not only a platform for drugs and illegal merchandise.

Because it is mentioned that its components are NOT included
