Legs are the core of the body. They take you around the world, and they have a massive ammount of muscle. If trained, that muscle will provide hormones and stuff.

For calisthenics you shouldn’t train legs because people need light legs to do the crazy tricks you see in the videos. But for literally any other form of training yes you should train legs. Strong legs increase sped, explosiveness, and testosterone.
