The 1st step is signing into your recruiter account with your login id and password.
Now you have the option of connecting your LinkedIn account with your iimjobs account.
Before viewing the responses received against your applications, you need to fill in your profile details by clicking on the "Edit" button. In the popup box that appears, please fill in details such as your Name, Phone No, Email Id, Organization, Designation and a few lines about your Organization. This helps alleviate the doubt in a candidates mind with regards to fake postings and helps in a better response rate.
Your phone number is strictly kept confidential and is only needed for internal purposes so that our team can reach out to you in case of any issues. Your phone number will not be shared with candidates!
In the next step, you can look at responses received against your applications by clicking the "View Responses" button.
This will re-direct you to a new page which offers you a high level snapshot of all applications received so far for a particular posting. As a recruiter, you can immediately get an idea of a candidate's profile based on his organization & title, Institute, amount of work experience, location and salary.
In addition, you can narrow down to the relevant candidates by using various filters based on years of experience, batch, location and institute.
You also have the option of Viewing and Downloading candidate resumes by clicking on the "View Resume" or "Download Resume" option. Once you've had a detailed look at a candidate's CV, there are 3 different actions that you can take on his profile such as Shortlist, Reject or Save for Future Use. We highly recommend doing this as this sends an automatic feedback mail to the candidate thereby closing the communication loop.
Once you've sorted candidates into various buckets by clicking on either Shortlist, Reject or Save for Future Use, you can easily view only those candidates by choosing the appropriate Drop Down box. For example, if I want to view only candidates who have been shortlisted, I can easily see all of them by choosing the "Shortlisted" option from the Drop Down menu.
We highly recommend that you follow the above steps especially with regards to filling in your profile and taking actions on every candidate's application.
