Can you tell me why mine greatly reduces the sharpness of the image? I have a canon rf35mm f1.8 which is screws onto perfectly however the sharpness is greatly compromised.

Hi I just bought this lens, it came in the mail today. When I unscrew the wide angle lense to record through just the macro lens, my picture is crazy blurry and nothing will re focus. The picture is amazing through the wide angle, but the picture is unrecognizable through the macrolens
