Walk 100 Miles Challenge Spring 2017 Edition
(There will be a Fall 2017 Edition later this year)

#2 Anybody can join and any one can jump in at any time, there is no real start or finish date. In fact if you don't finish by the time we start fall addition they can just continue from there. It is up to you how you do that.

We are just here to support and encourage you in the challenge not to hold you accountable if they don't walk etc... You only need to be accountable to yourselves.

#3 You can walk, ride a bike, run etc.... Only reason we are calling it "Walk a 100 miles" it it just easier to say. etc... Just get in that 100 miles however you can!!

#4 If you want to join you need to email "both" of us and we will add you to the list that will be added to description in each video and you need to send us your name and channel link

#5 Only other requirement is that you post a video on Friday's (if you can't do it every Friday that's ok) You can talk about how far you walked that week, the challenges you had for the week, ups and downs, tips for walking, show footage of your walks etc....

Loved this, you are so positive! I can´t walk all that much anymore, I have herniated discs and nerve pain that makes me quite impaired. I have always exercised a lot, it was my biggest interest and I miss being able to exercise like "normal" people. Not just do physical therapy. But I enjoyed this video anyways because I felt like I was walking with you - enjoying the nature. I swear I could smell the fresh air! I feel refreshed without even leaving the apartment. Have a great weekend, and keep walking, you are doing great!

Didn't get as many walks in this week as I had planned.. Monday 1.5 miles & Friday (today) 1.5 miles. = 97 miles to go!
