Purchased a pair of Skechers Go run 6 in blue at Christmas time, from. Running Warehouse, and took them out on my first hit today... 8km easy trekk I've done plenty of times. I usually buy Skechers as I love the 4 mm drop, the litness and the usual sole flexibility and comfort and skecher shoes have always been awesome. My favorites were the Skechers Go Run Ride 4, closely followed by the Ride 5, untill Skechers ruined the Ride models with the upgrade to the 6 which became to firm and lost flexibility and security locking in the foot. Then they upgraded to the Ride 7 which completely changed the characteristics of the shoe including stack height and drop. 


Then I began using the Go Run 5 which although not as good as the Ride 4 and 5, were still very good, although durability lapsed. But I still found them to be extremely comfortable and capable.


Unfortunately this upgrade from the go run 5 to the go run 6 is terrible. The sole is way too firm which has caused the bottom of my foot to fatigue and worst of all the heel cup support they have included now has caused me blisters at the back of my heel. This will now cause me to have to allow my feet, particularily the right one, and hinder my training schedule, which I am not happy about at all. This is so unlike the sketches of old but with each upgrade they seem to be getting worse and now have taken worse to a new level.


Unfortunately, I let the love it or return it 30 day guarantee expire as I was using off my old go Run 5 before using these but that was a mistake because I would have returned these and maybe tried the Saucony Kirvana 10s, since Skechers have done such a terrible job.... so now I am stuck with these feet butchering


Don't waste your time trying these because they are nothing like the Skechers you are used too.

I brought a new Skechers gorun 6 shoes my experience is, its one of my DISAPPOINTING company I have ever seen which has very bad exchange policy STRUGGLING SINCE 2-3 weeks for exchange as an athlete my suggestion is that beware before you buy Skechers shoes
