The legend of Kora was one of the last shows I watched with my stepfather before he passed away. I knew he was into it because he would wait for me to get out of work and ask when I was going to watch the next episode. We finished the whole series, and he loved it. It was a big bonding experience to me.

The only person that could take down amon was Korra's uncle as the dark avatar because that's the only thing that can counter his bending.

Legend of Korra for the first time, like how Amon control people with blood bending also taking their Bending and Zaheer blocking out air around a persons head to suffocate them right after he got Air Bending

Amon has to be my favorite villain out of all of Avatar. The way they explained his story and his death just hits different. Man's not just "evil deeds need evil people to do evil deeds so evil people will continue to do evil deeds for the sake of evil"

Amon was literally the only villain in Koora that I felt like was an actual threat that needed to be taken down, and he wasnt even taken down by the heros man. Plus Bloodbending = Instant win

I actually agree with this, 100%. Amon was on another level, there's nobody taking him down in a straight fight. Zaheer was already a monster, but his ability to fly and willingness to rip the air out of your lungs definitely makes him second.
