I love this channel. The Italian food I make is so much better because of your influence. While I am cooking, I find myself saying "and now is the time in which we I live in rural Mexico and there simply is no Italian restaurant here. So with your help I make my own.

You guys have a really loyal following - 20 minutes from posting, and 1, 100 views. I’m mostly glad that I’m not the only one who gets so stoked every Sunday morning to sip my cup of coffee and enjoy your new video. I’m picturing all my fellow fans enjoying this at the exact same time because, well, why not.

My children are always stopping by or my inlaws will call when they're going to be in our area. What a blessing it is to have this on Friday night, after working all day and you have 4 boys, your children and possibly your brother in law and his family!

I learned from my Mother every month to make several pots of my sugo, filled with meats. You put some in baggies in the freezer or I prepare pasta dishes, freeze them and then pull them out, pop in the oven and my family is happy!
My daughters and I will make a big salad and I always have to have broccoli rabe on the side for my grandsons!
I can attest these are great meals that are quick and easy to prepare and best of all, clean up is easy leaving us time to have fun with the children!

I love seeing Gorgonzola as a recommendation. I was fortunate to grow up in a household that encouraged trying everything. As a result, I like almost everything, but I especially relish liking the things that maybe a lot of people don't like. Somehow it makes me like them more. I'm pretty sure it's mostly smugness, if I'm honest. Blue/bleu cheese is deep in my heart. I grew up eating it, so although it doesn't look like a rank and rotten accident to me, I totally get why a lot of people feel that way. I'm blissfully immune to the horrors of the odorous, weeping, uneven, sour wedges with their fuzzy veins of revolting dark mold. It tastes amazing, and I love knowing that.

We used to make baked ziti, manicotti, or stuffed shells for Thanksgiving dinner. But now, it is just my wife and I for dinner. We make pasta al forno for Christmas.

My first Pasta al Forno, with green onion and basil garnish! My house - and my hair, and my clothes - are completely infused with the aromatic goodness of homemade Italian cooking! I am delighted beyond measure. Thank you for cracking the code on baked pastas.

I hope our new neighbors and friends in Italy will appreciate the prep work we’re doing to ensure a smooth assimilation! 😊

Thank you!! my ex was Sicilian & we lived in his family’s basement in the 80s. The food is the only thing I miss. And the baked ziti was to die for. It seems like you’re doing it the same way. I have tried and I could not get it right and now I see where I went wrong thank you thank you thank you! 🙏 😂

Nduja has completely changed the way I cook - and it's wonderful in non-Italian recipes as well like chili. Molte grazie per avermelo presentato!

Pasta al forno is great because you can do so many combinations. With Eggplant it's also amazing.

I used to go to a friend's mom's house for Thanksgiving and she always made lasagna and the meats used in the Ragu. She also did a turkey and fixings, but honestly, I never bothered with that. Her grandparents were from Italy so some of her dishes weren't absolutely authentic, but they were absolutely delicious!

No Thanksgiving for us this year - homeless from Hurrican Helene.😢 However, in the past, we have made mac & cheese for Christmas or New Year's buffet. Next year, for sure!😊 Thank you for bringing a smile to my face; you are such a sweet couple and I love your energy! Traveling to Italy (thanks to your videos) is high on my bucket list!❤

I'm part Milanese and part Calabresi and live in San Diego. I wish everyone would agree to Italian food for Thanksgiving as our house is the go-to spot. No more turkey and ham. Next year, it will be an Italian Thanksgiving!

My family is from NJ and my mom remarried to my step dad and moved us to OH. I have been here since 70.s. One year I was able to go to NJ for thanksgiving and every relative brought an Italian dish. I had never seen that out here in OH. Love it. It’s my kids and I tradition now that they have their own families

Growing up we started with antipasto/salad. Then lasagne with meatballs, pork, sausage on the side then to the chagrin of our guests who were stuffed out came Turkey, stuffing and all the sides. Then two or three kinds of pies. Then fruit and nuts. What a day. I don’t know how my mom did it. God bless her, everything was delicious. Now we just do antipasto/salad and Turkey n dessert. I save lasagne or home made ravioli for Christmas. Love your pasta al forno! Bellissimo.
