Very good technique we do too: you ask (1) do you want to vent or (2) do you want to talk about an answer?

I've been a fan of Dave and Ben for a while. So happy they are friends!! Both are smart and educated!

His precision with language is one of the reasons I’ve listened to Ben every day for the last 4 years. He’s made me a better thinker and communicator and funnily enough I don’t even think he talks that fast anymore 😂

The first time I heard of Ben Shapiro I was in my mom's car listening to the Dentis Prager show on the radio. I want to say it was 2009. I think Denis was reading an article that Ben wrote and saying that Ben was going to be a big deal.

Did Ben dress to match the coffee cup as a strategy? 😂

Ben's marriage is just like mine. My husband wants to just 'vent' sometimes, but my brain is always like 'Let me try to fix the problem'. I might need to ask him the same thing Ben's asking his wife LOL

I have listen to a lot of commentators, right and left, you can't agree with anyone 100% of the time but Ben is someone I agree with the most and what I love about him is how well he explains things. I too analize things and I have when people rely too much on context or explain things without giving any context so you are left to interpret things on your own, Ben generally doesn't do that.

I also want to add to what Ben said, the most frustrating people who are not worth talking to, are people who twist words you say, even though you go on to explain what you meant they don't care they will stick to "their truth" instead of the truth.

He would be so amazing to have a convo with. I don’t agree with everything he believes, most of it but not all. But he’s one of the most intelligent interesting person ever.

Hearing Dave Ramsey laugh so heartily - so genuinely! - is legit heartwarming, poker-face player that he is, not being surprised by ANYthing, nearly always. But that deep chuckle of his when it ♥
roundabout @2:20 and @3:30

EDIT: "most replayed" happens at the first mark; seems a lot of you wanted to hear + know why Dave was laughing so nicely too. 😉

I love what you said...
Mental laziness
I run into that often. I talk logically with people who disagree with me and it drives them crazy

Arguing over hyperbole. That is a great perspective of the current society we live in.

I quickly learned to ask my partner to clarify if she want's advice or just an ear. We men always jump to problem solving, and that's often not what your wife or partner needs or wants. However frustrating that is.

I just love to watch him go from serious to cracking up! Watching his face crumple into a deep laugh stirs up my maternal side!
