Ugh! Why does everything have to be focused on what you can get out of it? That's not the point of Tiny house living. That's the reason people are opting for a tiny house because trying to get into the the "regular" homeowner market is nearly impossible nowadays for many people, because of the insane cost.

That price sounds way too high for such a tiny space. The new extruded concrete homes seem more interesting. You get more space and they are still cheap to build. 125 square feet is too small for most people. 1500 to 2000 square feet makes more sense. They key is also to get out of expensive cities. I see a movement where young people are moving into small towns that were once dying but are coming back to life. The land and even actually existing housing is cheap in these towns. The big cities are the death of America. Housing pricing only got more expensive over the last 30 years and a lot the bubble pricing in the last 12 or so years has been due to super low interest rates. It has created a false sense of pricing and value. Going forward, peoples homes should not be their biggest investment. Peoples retirement accounts should be their biggest investment. Everybody has bought absurdly expensive houses yet they have no more in the stock market. Inflation is going to hurt people going forward. Forget the expensive cars and houses and invest in the growth companies or America. The companies that are game changers and rule breakers.

Legal land address with data registration for adverse possession on vacant land, that's permanent ownership.

It's a perfect economic microcosm, inflation goes up and real value goes down.

Appreciates in value? WRONG. They cost a bunch to make but don’t sell for squat later on.
