LRC 6917 Cold Start:
This unit has an MLW/Alco 251F 16cyl prime mover
We started this unit after 4 days of cold temps in November 2015. We needed to start it for the air brake leakage test. Shop air does not have the pressure which we needed to conduct the test for a "pass" for the 636 Transport Canada air brake card. We will be soon boxing the unit up and draining it for the winter.
