Powershot plus is very OP. Likes of Charlton and Matthaus should go low S because of it.
Matthaus weakness has been clunky, but now theres no left stick this year, you dont feel any clunkiness with him, and he has deep range powershots with b2b ++

Basically if you haven't used these THIS year and you are going off the stats on the card you have no idea! Take mexican Hernandez for instance C tier here but better this year than any other year to date! Plus depends on your tactics and who else you have in your team. I used Bale and thought he was complete toilet! C at best! Personal preference based on how you play the game.
