Shambolic Democrat Iowa caucus suffers delays due to 'result inconsistencies'

THE Iowa Democratic caucuses descended into chaos on Monday night as results were delayed by technical glitches and "inconsistencies."

Issues with a mobile app were said to be at the root of the embarrassing farce which means party officials still haven't declared who has come out on top.
