Me and my brother share games on dif ps4 now he got his own I put my acc in his new ps4 and my acc primary on his ps4 he can use all my games and I can use all my games still on my ps4 but idk if works the same from ps4 to ps5 or a ps5 to ps4

Ok, I bought a digital media from a store who gave me their account login... Therefore I need to make them the primary user, ok... But then I cannot put any other account on the PS4 as primary user again, right? And if they sell the same account to other person, I'll be unable to play the game from this shared account, right? Because I think the account can be primary only on one PS4...
